Affiliates can earn commissions based on the hosting plans purchased by the clients they refer. It's important to note that this program specifically applies to shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, and reseller hosting. For other services like domain registrations or web development, interested parties should contact Hoyist directly, as separate affiliate or commission arrangements may be available.
Commission Structure
Hoyist offers a straightforward commission model with two primary scenarios:

1-Year Purchase Commission: Affiliates earn a 30% commission for each client who purchases a 1-year hosting plan. However, this commission is only paid if the referred client uses the server continuously for at least 30 days without requesting any refunds.

2 or 3-Year Billing Commission: For clients who commit to 2-year or 3-year billing cycles, affiliates receive a 30% commission on the hosting fees. This higher commission rewards affiliates for bringing in longer-term customers.
It's important to note that commissions are not recurring; affiliates will not receive payments for client renewals.

Other services, such as domain registrations, web development, or any additional services, are not eligible for commissions under this program. However, affiliates interested in these services should reach out to Hoyist directly, as separate affiliate or commission arrangements may be available.
Commission on Add-Ons
Commissions are not paid on hosting add-ons or extras. This includes any optional upgrades or additional services clients may purchase after signing up for hosting. Affiliates earn commissions solely on the core hosting plans as detailed above.
Referral Tracking
All referrals must be tracked through the affiliate's unique affiliate link. Commissions will only be paid for clients who sign up using this link. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referrals use the correct link to ensure proper tracking and commission eligibility.
Refund Policy
If a referred client requests a refund within the first 30 days, no commission will be paid for that referral. This policy ensures that affiliates are compensated for genuine, satisfied customers who remain with Hoyist.
Payment Schedule
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Affiliates can expect timely payments for the referrals they generate, provided all conditions are met.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote services.

Engaging in misleading advertising practices.

Incentivizing clicks or sign-ups through deceptive means.

Using the same IP addresses for both affiliate activities and client sign-ups.
Violations of these terms may result in termination from the affiliate program and potential legal action.
Program Changes
Hoyist reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or services covered by this program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and it's their responsibility to stay informed about the current terms.
Implied Agreement
By continuing to use Hoyist's services, clients and affiliates agree to be bound by this Affiliate Program Agreement and the Terms of Service. If there are disagreements with any updates to the Terms of Service, it's the client's responsibility to notify Hoyist and terminate their services immediately.
Entire Agreement
This document, along with its exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement between Hoyist and the affiliate. It supersedes any prior agreements or understandings related to the affiliate program. Any modifications or additions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
No Party Deemed Drafter
In the event of a dispute, no provision of this agreement shall be construed more harshly against either party as the drafter. Both parties acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review and negotiate the terms of this agreement.
